I’ve worked in digital design and development since the early 2000s and have always enjoyed and worked on both sides throughout my career.

User experience design (UX) has been my professional passion though and whilst I’m driven by instincts and heuristics, I’m happiest backing up my intuition with solid user research and data. As a result, talking to real users, customers, people has been the most rewarding part of my work.

I’ve worked with and for companies of all sizes – as a freelancer, contractor and through my agency. Working within a collaborative team, solving with product managers, marketers, designers and developers is where I’m happiest. Creating collectively has provided the most joy in the work I’ve done.
