A major healthcare provider were looking to redevelop their mobile app to become the single source for their members care concerns. A user experience (UX) was fleshed out and user interface (UI) concepts created to illustrate how personalised information such as finding a specialist for a particular ailment, appointment scheduling, virtual check-ups, managing payment and claims, lose weight regimes, information about the specific health conditions etc. could all be facilitated via the mobile app.
